Howard Co, born and raised in Shanghai, China, moved to Hong Kong at the age of 14. After 7 years, Howard came to Honolulu to attend the University of Hawaii where he obtained his Bachelors degree as well as a Masters degree in Chemistry, Mathematicsbn, Food Science and Agricultural Economics. He is fluent in Chinese dialects such as Shanghai, Cantonese & Mandarin.
Howard has earned a reputation as a dedicated restaurateur having owned and operated Yen King Restaurant in Kahala Mall for over 24 years. His success is simply the result of his fortitude in abiding by the Golden rule: “The Customer is always right.” His goal has always been to serve and please the public. Having completely retired from his restaurant business, Howard’s passion has switched back to one of his long-time interests: Investment opportunities in real estate. He has joined Kahala Associates as a full-time agent to pursue this goal.
Howard has been engaged in real estate for the last 30 years primarily through his own portfolio of investment properties and assisting friends and relatives with their investments through consultation, coordination and collaboration. He is well known in the community for his sincerity, seriousness and enthusiasm in whatever he is committed to do. Howard has extensive market knowledge and a lot of common sense in real estate economics. His goal is to ensure his clients’ satisfaction and success with their real estate investments small or large. Howard’s other passions/hobbies include playing tennis 3 to 4 times per week and actively participating with his bridge club.

Olivia was born and raised in Hong Kong. She was educated in a British international school, which gave her an opportunity to meet people from all over the world. Olivia has been an independent person since she was 14 years old. She made her first solo trip to Europe in grade 9, and traveling became a passion to her ever since then. She has been to over 30 countries by herself, which helps her to understand and respect many different cultures.
Olivia comes from a real estate family. Her mother is a land developer, and their family business locates in Hong Kong, Shanghai, China, and California. Prior to Olivia's real estate career, she was assisting her mother with a condominium project in Shanghai, China, and other investments in Hong Kong and California. Other than real estate, Olivia has also involved herself in the retails, marketing and education field. Olivia's background and interest in real estate made the business a perfect fit for her.
